Enjoyed very good staff and big hotel.
The room I booked was painted all grey including ceiling and available with a harbour view and Triple Single bed, as example. The hotel was in a central location in the side alley. Moreover, it's just off an island and the shops and restaurants and both Islay ferry terminals and getting around the island.

Little small hotel with good value, we had a superb stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and great and always had a smile. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles;)))

Unbeatable location, 5 minutes' walk to Kilarrow Parish Church. Spotless and updated room with exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, central heating, iron and ironing board.

The double room with sea view was super comfy and the view was just perfect. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help, especially during breakfast which was delish. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets right from the conservatory. The locatoin is great, close to little shops and the bowmore distillery!

I had a delightful stay with stunning views and a fantastic dining experience, particularly enjoying the fresh seafood and professional service at dinner. The bathroom could've used towel hooks.

The Lochside Hotel offered fine views of the bay and a cozy, cute atmosphere. The staff were attentive, always ready to assist, made navigating the hotel particularly easy for us seniors.
Better accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.

Oh, the breakfast egg station was a pure delight! They really served up some cracking dishes that got my day going.
Now, don't get me wrong, the room was a bit cramped, especially if you've got luggage galore. The lack of hooks in the bathroom was a minor nuisance, too.
